Four spacious guestrooms (each with ensuite) and two superior suites are available. Crisp white cotton sheets and designer linen cover the king-size beds, while works of art from New Zealand 's contemporary artists grace the walls.

Black Peak Suite is the Executive suite. Its black-oak décor, leather furnishings and log fire make this the perfect haven for a well-deserved winter retreat. In summer, throw open the French doors and enjoy one of many delicious, local wines with sweeping views of Black Peak and the Southern Alps. Black Peak Suite features a spacious master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, separate study / bedroom, kitchenette, private lounge with log fire and its own private terrace.

The Linden Suite has a fresh, contemporary feel, with the open-plan bedroom and private lounge opening out to an expansive veranda and garden area. This suite features tea and coffee making facilities and ensuite bathroom with shower. Both suites provide a fridge, stocked with gourmet provisions, SKY TV, CD / DVD Player and private phone / internet access.

The four luxurious guestrooms are named after the superb range of rivers which flow through the region: Hawea (queen), New Zealand 's shortest river; Mata-Au (king/twin), the Maori name for the mighty Clutha, New Zealand's largest volume river; Makarora (super king/twin) and the glacial fed waters of the Matukituki (superking/twin).

Each guestroom features an ensuite with shower. French Doors open out to the garden from each room and outdoor settings provide a relaxing vantage point to take in the alpine views. Tea and coffee making facilities, fresh fruit and Antipodes mineral water are all on hand for guests to savour throughout their stay.
