Shalini Chandak, India, 21 April 2008:

Hi Michael, we had a wonderful and a great trip, thoroughly enjoyed....New Zealand is an amazing place!

Leontine Elder, USA, 8 April 2008:

We are still digesting the multitude of impressions from our 3 weeks in your beautiful country. I have (as I knew I would) fallen deeply in love with N.Z……the nature touched me deep inside my soul in ways that I am not easily touched…and I have seen my share of gorgeous places around the world. This was very special for us and I want to thank you for your input and attention to detail. Everything went sooo smooth! And to receive the book at the last hotel was such a sweet thing, esp. as I had nearly bought it that day because I liked the photos so much.

George & Lynette L., UK, 3 March 2008:

Lynette and I would like to thank you for the great itenary you put together for us, we had a fantastic time in NZ and one that we will treasure for the rest of our lives, I don't know when we will return ourselves to NZ (we will be heading back to Europe this year) but we will certainly be recommending you to many of our friends who are now making plans for next year.

Steve & Susan, USA, 14 February 2008:

We just checked in to the Huka a few hours ago only to find a wonderful gift from you. It is really nice and very much appreciated. We have enjoyed the trip and think that we will be back in the next year or two. Susie says hello and hopes that if you and your wife ever come close to us in Georgia that you will come and stay with us...nice job on the trip. Kidnappers was really great....

Bryn Perry, UK, 7 February 2008:

Just a short note to let you know that the information and vouchers have arrived safely and everything looks OK. The pack was very professional so congratulations on that. It gives us a lot of confidence to see something so nicely presented. Thank you for your help once again, I looking for someone else to recommend your services to.

Heidrun Gerster, Germany, 26 January 2008:

Just a short note from me with a "thanks very much" to you for the bookings and reservations. Everything worked out, no problems, very easy. We had a great holiday!!!

Deborah & Gary Angle, USA, 15 December 2007:

Hello, Angie: Debbie and I send our best regards to you, Angie, for the OUTSTANDING tour package your company arranged during our 22 days in the world's most beautiful country - New Zealand! Be assured that any individual we meet who expresses an interest in visiting New Zealand will be immediately given your name and contact information. Again, our thanks to you and your agency for your SUPERLATIVE SERVICES extended to our family for a most memorable vacation!

Aso Nystrom, Sweden, 3 December 2007:

Hej Michael! Now I have my two vouchers. It feels great, it´s only 12 days untill we leave!!!!!! this cold and dark country. But sometimes Sweden is beutyfull too. Thanks once again for all your help. It have been very nice and easy to talk to only one person (in this case you) insted of several persons, which could happend some time. I´m also glad that you understand everything that I write to you, it´s easier to talk English than write. I will come back to you next time we are going to NZ, if it´s okay? Hugs from a greatfull Åsa with family.

Hilda Adler, USA, 1 December 2007:

Dear Michael, I am not too good at questionnaires but I must say you planned a great trip for us. Following are a few comments: 1. Accommodations were all wonderful and by far meering our expectations, except for the cabin at Mt Cook's hotel. My family shared that comment. 2. Staying in the Villa at Heritage in Queenstown allowed us to really enjoyed the beauty of the lake, perfect for a newcomer there. 3. Our hosts at Te Anau could not have been more hospitable and gracious. Their breakfasts were exquisite. I particularly enjoyed staying there, very peaceful and special to awaken with views of the lake and mountains with rainbows. It was also a 'runner's delight'. 4. We found out that the albatrosses were nesting when we visited the Otago peninsula, so Nov. is the wrong time of the year to visit them. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the tour 5. Trips and Tramps were great, and we loved our guide. Same goes with the jet boat on the dart river. Glenorchy is a special place; I went twice and hiked part of the Routeburn track. Please advise if you received the cellphone. Thank you for a fine trip plan. By the way, the car you selected for us was perfect for the trip. You did very well for us.

Sybille Wempe, Germany, 9 November 2007:

Daniel Conroy, USA, 4 October 2007:

Michael, everything was fantastic and I will definitely fill out the survey for more detailed feedback. Many thanks for putting together a fantastic trip and for the wonderful book!

Laila Jansone, Latvian delegation, 16 August 2007:

Thanks for excellent service and assistance with organizing of transport for Latvian delegation. John provided excellent service, showing deep knowledge about region and highly professional tour guide assistance and punctuality as driver. I would have no hesitation to recommend your Company and John as a tour guide for any other VIP group.

Karen Celander, USA, 2 July 2007:

Thank you so much for that lovely souvenir book that we found at the Browns Boutique when we checked in yesterday! The trip you planned for us exceeded our expectations! We've had perfect weather, perfect accommodations and fun stuff to do. I even fell off a horse today in Glenorcky with Dart Stables! No worries... Clay did the bungy jump off the bridge and Mom watched her first born free fall for a few seconds -with a big smile-quite an accomplishment! I will definitely recommend anyone who asks about NZ to contact you. All the B&B were fantastic and the farm stay with the Turners was delightful. I feel we've made new friends and welcome them to our town anytime!!!

Kevin and Maria Yorwarth, Tonga, 20 June 2007:

Dear Jane, We just wanted to send you a quick THANK YOU from us all for organising our trip to Fiji. We had a fabulous time at the Shangri-la Resort, great weather, awesome hospitality and our group was sad to see it come to an end after the 10 days. We have already talked about when our next future trip back there might be. The great Outdoors travel show was there for some of the time filming the resort, so I am sure it will portray our sentiments well. Also, we were lucky enough to be there when the Junior All Blacks stayed for a few days at the Resort as well. So overall it was a very memorable holiday. Thank you very much for all of your help, you made the holiday planning much easier for us here in Tonga and we will continue to spread the word about the excellent assistance provided to us by you and GINZ travel.

Peter and Pauine Taylor, New Zealand, 10 May 2007:

Dear Robby and Michael Fantastic service. Voucher received and in hand. We will remember you again when booking our travel needs and will have confidence now re booking on line.

Richard Couser, USA, 29 April 2007:

We enjoyed all the tours very much. We loved the train trip, the farm stay was excellent. Wonderful people. We really enjoyed the overnight on the boat, but the best was knowing that when we arrived someplace it was all set up, paid for and they were expecting our arrival.

Kevin Mullan, UK, 11 March 2007:

I have finally completed your feedback form, apologies for my tardiness, we had a leak while we were away which brought the roof down in the kitchen and also, taking a month off work leaves a lot of catching up to do. I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday and that it was in large part due to your excellent service. The one drawback to the itinerary that I worked out with you was that we didn't get to Christchurch and have the opportunity to thank you in person. It was such a convenience to have had everything pre-booked and pre-paid so that the presentation of a voucher covered us without having to hunt around for cash or details for each and every transaction. I was also impressed that you sent us to places that you had obviously visited and assessed and your taste was on the whole impeccable. Your local knowledge was a great benefit to us, thank you. Our experience of New Zealand was totally positive, and when telling friends and family about it GINZ has always had a mention because your involvement was integral to our enjoyment of the holiday. Thank you for the book of photographs that you sent us which we loved (despite putting my humble efforts to shame!). Finally, if ever you are in the Leicestershire area of England please forewarn us and come to visit.

Iris Forrest, Australia, 9 March 2007:

We were all thrilled to receive the book present and many of the photographs reminded us of our fantastic holiday. Thank you also for the great job you did in arranging our accommodation and extras for our NZ trip. It all worked out particularly well. We had a wonderful time and all found the scenery breathtaking and the people we came across were so friendly and helpful. I must comment on the Riverton homestay which you may not know much about. It was lovely and we would all highly recommend it to any of your other guests. The evening meal was fantastic and the hosts wonderful as was the house.

Laurel and Guy Humphries, UK, 9 February 2007:

We arrived home safely after an enjoyable trip through your country. We wish to express our thanks to you for developing such a nice travel itinerary that enabled us to see many fine parts of your Islands. The accommodations were very nice and everything went without a hitch. We were very well pleased with your service and will recommend and have recommended you to our friends for travel in that area.

Adrian & Lisa Jallands, Tonga, 14 January 2007:

Well Happy New Year to you and we hope you had a great Xmas as well. We had a great Holiday and everything went very well, all the places we stayed at were great, and all were very helpful in telling us places to visit, Pauanui Pines was good and the owner was very helpful, also the place at Rotarua, in fact they were all great and worth recommending to other people. The only thing that let us down was the weather especially whilst we were at Whakatane and Gisbourne, but we still mangaged to do a lot. It was a great relax for us all, we will be in touch again, when we book our next holiday possible around August/Sep. Again Jane many thanks for your organising of a great Holiday for the Jallands Family.

Lynette Herscha, USA, 20 December 2006:

Liz, I wanted to write to thank you for all of your help in planning out trip. We had an absolutely wonderful time in New Zealand!! The itinerary was perfect and the accommodations were very, very nice. We especially liked the Resurgence in Motueka. What a beautiful location, and Pete and Clare were fantastic! Thank you again for your assistance. It was invaluable!

Erwin van Dinteren, The Netherlands, 9 November 2006:

Good day Michael, It's been a while since we had contact but I wanted to thank you anyway for helping us with the campervan rental. We stayed in New-Zealand in july-august for 4 weeks, travelled 4000km with our van and our holiday was in one word...F A N T A S T I C !!!!!

Azeem Ahmad, Australia, 30 July 2006:

Just wanted to say thank you for helping us out after our travel plans were changed due to bad weather. Your team was very helpful in allowing us to cancel our booking and pick up a car at Invercargill airport instead (we were diverted there instead of Queenstown). Although we did not actually use your service I would certainly recommend it to friends travelling to NZ.

Michael Denman, USA, 19 July 2006:

The whole trip was great. Vanessa and Liz seemed to have every detail covered, from arranging taxis to choosing wonderful places to stay. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone considering a trip to NZ or Australia.

Judy and Joel Feinman, USA, 5 June 2006:

We just want to let you know that we are having a wonderful time. All of your recommendations and reservations have been simply the best. Currently we are in Nelson with Val and Wayne Ballentine at Shelbourne Villa. We depart this morning for the North Island and look forward to our time there. Again, many thanks for all of your help and services.

Vijay & Sowmya Viswanathan, USA, 18 May 2006:

Dear Michael, I know this letter comes a few couple of months after our honeymoon, but better late than never! We were running around so much in NZ that we really didn't get a chance to call you. Thank you so much for your help with our trip to NZ. We had a wonderful time, to say the least. The hotels were all terrific. I think Sowmya has already filled out the evaluation form. We liked the special personalized touches that you added. Milford Sound was our favorite...it had just rained the morning that we drove down from Te Anau. We saw literally hundreds of waterfalls! Unbelievable...the cruise was great, overall very romantic. The Kepler Walk was so nice...it really was nice a fairy tale, just like you said!! We kayaked about 35 km in Abel Tasman on choppy waters! That was quite a workout. We loved the little cottage/converted schoolhouse....The bed and breakfast accomodations in the Marlborough vineyard were nice, although the owners were a little eccentric. Wellington was fun. The Hilton Auckland was a beautiful hotel. Thank you for your lovely book, too. Everything was great- the only recommendation--try to include more maps/road distances in your itinerary. This wasn't a big deal, it just would make things a little easier. Overall, we both had a fun, even magical honeymoon. We are now back in NY and settled in our new apartment. I am going to highly recommend you to anyone that plans on taking a trip there. And we plan on coming back too- maybe this next time, we can meet! And if you are in NY, please do contact us.

Oded & Orit Kahila, Israel, 20 April 2006:

It has been already 3 weeks since we returned (wow! time flies...). I guess it took us sometime to "land" if I get to write you only now, But we just wanted to say BIG Thank you for everything - The patience, the tips, the cars, the train, the ferry... Everything was in time, in taste and with the best service! May you continue to have great blessing in your life and your business, and we already dream of going back! Well, it will take a while...Your wife told us that she dream on going to Israel, so if you do decide to come - Please give us a call! Good luck to all of you in Ginz and you should know that our trip was very successful and peaceful thanks to you!

Shelley & Solon Holstein, USA, 17 April 2006:

Kia Ora Michael, My apologies for not writing sooner. Just wanted to thank you for what we deemed a perfect week on the North Island. Our hosts at both the Hardy's and Thorold were warm, & welcoming and the accommodations were perfect. Helen in particular was beyond gracious and when we left we felt we were leaving behind a dear, dear friend. You were right about the helicopter ride to White Island. It indeed, was one of the trip's highlights. In fact it was raining the day we were scheduled to go, so changed other plans, like the Waitmo caves, so we could wait for it to clear--and clear it did! What a magnificent ride over. We loved being immersed in the Maori culture in Rotorua and equally loved the magnificent coast (esp. the west coast) of the Coromandel Pen. Your attention to detail, responsiveness to questions, and all around professionalism deserve special merit. Our only regret is that you weren't our tour guide for the entire visit! (Although the tour guides with Nature Quest, who were contracted by Natural Habitat, were quite wonderful). I will certainly not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who plans to visit. Not sure if you any longer act as a private guide--if so please let me know. Do you plan trips in other parts of the world? If so, please let me know about that as well. Solon and I are in the stages of asking--where shall we go next? So, again our many thanks for all of your excellent advice and planning.

Sowmya Natarajan, USA, 16 March 2006:

We just wanted to thank you for the excellent itinerary you arranged for us--we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't wait to come to New Zealand again. Thanks for the lovely book you sent to us while we were in Auckland--it is a gorgeous book and we have been showing it to off to our friends and family. I am sorry that we were not able to call you while we were there--since our visit was so short, we never seemed to have a free moment. Thanks again for all of your help--we will be recommending your services to anyone who wants to travel to the region.

Peline Ong, Singapore, 1 March 2006:

Hello Vanessa. This is Peline from Singapore. I know it's few days past my return to Singapore, and I must write to express my appreciation and thanks to your team who has given me the most professional service that i've ever got for any tours. Your team at GINZ has never fail to delight me and always been positive to my request. I can't be sure to find another party who is as good as yours. We have enjoyed our trip to the fullest , thanks to your careful planning of our itinerary and the wonderful organisation of all our arrangements. It was a pity our flight got delayed on first day and that actually cause us to amend our itinerary, of cancelling Dunedin and take a domestic to Christchurch. You were on leave during and it was so helpful of Liz to assist me getting the domestic tickets to Christchurch, doing the arrangement of returning rental car earlier than intended, and cancelling Dunedin accomodation and looking for accomodation in Christchurch. I must say I wont' be able to get those things done, if not for your team at GINZ. Once again, let me say a big Thank You to you and your TEAM at GINZ...I will promote GINZ to my friends travelling to NZ!

Barbara Matthews, Canada, 14 February 2006:

I just want to send you a quick note to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to New Zealand. The tour of the North Island that you planned for us was awesome. The accommodations exceeded our expectations as did the activities. I went to New Zealand expecting it would be a once in a lifetime trip. However, now that I have been there I can see going back.

Chris and Kate Hillman, UK, 4 February 2006:

Michael, we wanted to drop you a quick note upon our return from NZ to thank you for all your help in putting our itinerary together! We had a fantastic time in this amazing country - and all the arrangements went very smoothly. Even the weather seemed to be on our side for most of the time. Your choice of accommodations was excellent in all cases, with some particularly memorable places (and views from them!). Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer in almost every place! We will certainly recommend you to any other friends or family who are planning to travel down your way...

Len and Peter Goldberg , USA, 31 January 2006:

To Fellow Travellers: My son Peter and I live in Colorado, USA. We were planning a trip to New Zealand but didn't really know where to start. Fortunately we came into contact with Ginz Travel. After a few E-mails and some phone conversation we were able to establish the timing of our trip, the various stops, a route and all the other necessary arrangements in short order. Michael and his staff were very thorough and communicative. One of the things I really liked about working with Ginz is their after the sale service. During our trip we decided to make some last minute changes and Ginz was right there, making all the neccessary arrangements and follow thru so our trip was even that much more enjoyable and hassle-free. New Zealand is a wonderful tourist destination and Ginz really knows their stuff.

Jeanine Larrea, USA, 17 January 2006:

I just returned from New Zealand on Saturday and wanted to let you know what a GREAT time Adrienne and I had. You did a fantastic job planning our trip. Every place we stayed was fabulous and we enjoyed everything. And, thank you for the lovely book! I'm keeping it on my coffee table so my guests can enjoy all the beautiful photos. If I ever plan another trip down under, you're the first one I'll call.

Mark J. Vallee, USA, 13 January 2006:

Vanessa, thank you for the update... Were all home safe and sound though a bit jet lagged we had a great trip! We're looking forward to coming back to NZ again very soon only for a longer visit---the people, the food was all good and scenery just magnificent! Thank you again for all of your help, your level of service and guidance was just fabulous! PS. I've recommended GINZ to a good friend whom is currently in Sydney but planning to visit NZ the end of the month. His name is Kieran Devine and family. I've given him your name and contact info at GINZ so be sure to take good care of 'em if he calls for you.... he's Irish, so make sure he pays in cash in advance-- just kidding.

Ambra Debernardi, Italy, 10 January 2006:

Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday! We had a great time, your arrangements were perfect! We loved it very much, the hotel and B&B’s were beautiful (we had excellent breakfasts), particularly in the Stone House, Rotoura (the food there was perfect), Nelson (wonderful food, home made by the host) and Franz Josef!!) and everything went according to plan, except from the helihike that unfortunately got cancelled due to bad weather (it rained a lot). I have already sent you via mail the voucher with a note from the company in charge of the activity.Thank you for everything, also for the present that we found in Auckland (by the way the Sebel is fantastic!). I will definitely plan my holiday in Australia with you.

Vic and Sharon Graff, USA, 27 December 2005:

Michael, sorry that we didn't have a chance to thank you before we left for your lovely gift of the New Zealand book. We love it, and very much appreciate your generosity and attentiveness. As I told you, we had an absolutley marvelous tour, thanks to you, I've got you another prospective client whom we met on the return trip. I'll give you the 'follow-up' details shortly. Hope that you and Pam enjoyed a wonderful Christmas day. Sharon joins me in sending you our very best wishes.

Angela and John Page, New Zealand, 30 November 2005:

Thank you very much for the lovely N.Z. Photo Book and the choclates. We will enjoy the book for years to come. The choclates however, were gone in a couple of days. We really enjoyed our entire trip. The camper van experience was fabulous. The Orari was wonderful! and we really enjoyed our few days in Christchurch, what a beautiful city! Thank you so much for all of your help! I will definately recommend Ginz to anyone I know who is traveling your beautiful country! We kept a travel blog, if you are interested it is... . angieandjohnny.blogspot.com.

Caitlin Revell, USA, 2 November 2005:

Everything was wonderful, went off without a hitch. I will never again book overseas travel without the help of an agent. Hapuku Lodge in Kaikoura was absolutely amazing. Fiordland Lodge was also great, and we really liked Browns Boutique hotel. LOVED the outdoor fireplace and complimentary wine at Browns. The hosts at Hapuku we really great to talk to, we had breakfast with them and had a great time.

Brian Homans, UK, 1 November 2005:

Extremely helpful and friendly communication from Michael Nees - best of any travel agent I have ever encountered.

Katie Chesters, Vietnam, 19 October 2005:

The School House Cottage in Tasman, near Motuka, was our favourite. Beautiful, private, attention to detail was above expectation. A wonderful place to relax and enjoyed our honeymoon!!!

Roger Colburn, USA, 10 October 2005:

We had a great time in Australia. I think that all the hotel choices were good ones (Perhaps we would have liked to stay at the ‘crocodile’ Holiday Inn instead?). It was great to have a laundry choice in the middle of the trip. I will send you a link with pictures soon.

Anja Scholz-Cullane, Australia, 9 October 2005:

Thank you so much for all you help in organising the KEA Motorhomes for us. We were extremely happy with the service we received by Kea Staff and the Motorhomes were very well equipped with everything we needed during our two week holiday. We had a fantastic time in NZ and we'll gladly recommend GINZ and the Kea Campervans to friends and relatives.

Anand & Archana Deshpande, India, 15 September 2005:

This is to inform you about our trip to NZ. Everything went on as per the plan. There were no problems whatsoever except the hotel in Nelson although top of the line was not equipped with micro-wave. It could have helped immensely esp. with the kids. Nevertheless, the hotels staff was more than happy to assist. We enjoyed New Zealand truly, really a breathtaking experience with landscapes changing every alternate day. We were awe-struck by the purity and so much beauty all at one place. Most fascinating was the Farm Stay, Fox Glacier, Punakaiki Pan Cake Rocks and Blow Holes, Lime-Stone caves, the Hanmar Hot Springs and many more wonderful things. My wife did Bungy Jump in Kawarau River near Queenstown and that surely was the highlight of the trip. The kids enjoyed the farm stay esp. the different animals ( Alpeca, Pigs, Donkey, Hens and the Bulls ) ... and freaked out when they walked along with sheeps on the road. No doubt this has been our best vacation so far and it would not have been without your immense help. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for assisting us to create our itinerary as per our difficult needs with the little ones and for being patient throughout this process. It was unfortunate that we could not meet as I called your office the day we left NZ hoping to visit GINZ's office and to meet you, but you had left early that day. Anyway, here is wishing you and GINZ team A Very Happy New Year - 2005. Hope our ways cross again!

Cheryl Bhence, USA, 8 September 2005:

Well, we got back from our fabulous New Zealand/Australia adventure yesterday. It was a trip of a lifetime. Thanks so much for all the arrangements that you made. Everything was wonderful! We mailed the mobile phones back to you from the airport in Auckland on our way to Cairns, so I'm checking to make sure you received them.

Melissa Wilson, New Zealand, 3 September 2005:

Hello, I wanted to tell you of the outstanding customer service I have received from Vanessa. Though we did not book anything because of expense, my next vacation I will definitely return to your site and reference your site and Vanessa to all my travel companions. I really appreciate her patience and willing to work with me. It is so refreshing to feel like you are the only client!

Neil Walker, United Kingdom, 19 August 2005:

Thank you for continuing to remind me of our wonderful holiday last year. I am continually recommending you.

Colin Baldwin, Australia, 1 August 2005:

Michael, I am writing to thank you for your assistance with my request for travel documents and subsequent additional booking and billing request. I have found GINZ to be a very professional and helpful company that replies to all questions accurately and promptly. Your service is of a high standard and I will be happy recommend you to any people I know that require to make bookings in your area of expertise. Once again thankyou for your service.

Carol Millner, UK, 22 July 2005:

Many thanks for helping us to organise our honeymoon to NZ - we had a great time and the voucher system worked very well! Thank you for the book on New Zealand which is a lovely momento of our trip - it was a very nice touch sending it to our last port of call!

Paul Bowen, Australia, 18 July 2005:

Just to say...we are back from NZ and had a wonderful time. Thanks for the way all bookings were handled. Your clients at the the other end are also happy with your service. The Lake Tekapo experience was wonderful and both accommomdations were excellent. We had a great time with Alec and Liz at Tairoa Lodge in Ohakune even though we are not B&B people as a rule. They were wonderful hosts and deserve a thorough recommendation. Very good to have on your books I am sure.

Lesley Kennedy, UK, 7 July 2005:

How are you? Just a quick note to say thank you so much for your assistance during our trip of NZ! And also thank you for the package I received at Amersham House :-). We have both enjoyed NZ immensely and can't wait to come back for a further visit. All our accommodation has been outstanding, and the people very helpful and welcoming. We'll be sure to let you know when we want to travel to NZ again and will recommend GINZ to our friends/ family.

Leslie Schwab, USA, 18 June 2005:

Adam and I returned from our trip to New Zealand late last night. The RV that we rented from Pacific Horizon could not have been nicer. The Pacific Horizon people were wonderful and showed us how to use everything on the vehicle. I just wanted to thank you so much for all of your help. Our holiday was amazing and we are so grateful for all of your work. I hope that you have a great winter, and thank you once again!!

Robin Spigel, USA, 27 April 2005:

Jane, thanks so much for your help planning our trip. We had the best time ever! (by the way, the Four Seasons upgraded us to a Full Harbor view!) Everything was great and we really appreciate all of your help!

Audrey and Rudy Decker-Boznak, USA, 17 April 2005:

Liz Steffens was the perfect advisor for the first time visitor to Australia/New Zealand . . . her every recommendation was stellar and beyond our expectations . . . the coast drive from Queenstown to Franz Josef with the 3 nature walks along the way . . . Adelaide and Melbourne city visits and Botanical Gardens . . . east and south coasts Australian drives . . . the great barrier reef. Villa Donata was extraordinary in Melbourne...classic in every touch and sense of the word. Green Island was very romantic in the evenings, when the day crowds left, and we had the entire island to ourselves (w/ a couple others). Rotorura's cottages were a floral delight and very cozy and large. The view in Queensland was remarkable. The Cairns hotel was the perfect location with great amenities, being so close to all the action.

Elena Moska, Japan, 27 March 2005:

Hello Michael, This is Elena Moska. We had our Australian vacation back in February. I am sorry it took me so long to write you this message but, as my mother always said, better late (even very late) than never. Thank you very much for helping us to organize our vacation. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed every day of it. Every excursion was an exciting adventure, full of discoveries and new impressions. Every day was memorable, different and exciting. Thank you very much for all your help. We will remember this trip as one of our best vacations.

John and Karen Beckett, UK, 18 March 2005:

We are finally back in the UK now after our travels. We wanted to thank you for the arrangements you made for us in South Island - they were superb! Each B and B was excellent, they were all different and the hospitality we received exceptional! Hoping to return one day to visit parts we didn't see this time - when we do we will contact you once again without doubt

Bill and Kay Shafer, USA, 10 March 2005:

We're now in Perth, and since this is the end of the arrangements you made for us it's time for a report. In general, our trip has been a fantastic success. The places you chose for us have been uniformly clean, very special places, run by bery interesting and helpful people. We feel our itinerary has taken us on a good cross-section of the Cooks, added to our New Zealand experience, and given us a good feeling for southern Australia. We've enjoyed the little driving we've done, and the transfers were flawless. We saw far more wildlife than we expected, and more of nothing than we can believe across the outback. You even arranged favorable weather for most of the time. We're very satisfied with our trip and thank you very much for your help in arranging it so well. We're already recommending you to others and will continue to do so.

Randal Henly, Ireland, 2 March 2005:

Our New Zealand trip has come and gone and we arrived home this morning. It was all a great success and all the arrangements you made for us went off without a hitch. Well Done. Two of the highlights were certainly the ferry crossing between islands (the weather was perfect, which I gather is not always the case) and the TransAlpine train journey. Your motel set up is wonderful. We had some wonderful places during the 16 nights. The view of Wellington as one approaches it from the North is quite spectacular. The weather was against us when we were in Queenstown and stymied the proposed flight to Milford Sound, but that's the way it is. Thank you for making all the arrangements and full marks for your efficiency.

Sandie Burdon, UK, 20 February 2005:

WOW! You are to be commended on your exceptionally fast and excellent service Liz. I am - as we Brits would say - gobsmacked! I have been preparing a world tour for over 3 months and yours is by far the best and speediest service I have experienced. I wish I'd found you much sooner! We look forward to visiting beautiful Christchurch before continuing our tour around New Zealand. Thanks for the voucher. Well done!

Nikki Gibson, Singapore, 11 February 2005:

Dear Michael Thank you for your confirmation and for your prompt and efficient service. The internet rates that GINZ.com offered as compared to the internet rates published direct with Budget, Hertz, Avis etc were considerably cheaper. After completing the simple booking system online I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt response from GINZ.com regarding the booking request. I have experienced several booking systems for other services and during these occasions normally receive confirmations between 24 and 36 hrs from time of booking request, which has deterred me away from using online booking systems. I was pleasantly surprised by GINZ.com and their customer service and will use your travel services for future conveniency.

Mark Colmar, UK, 10 February 2005:

This is to say a big THANK YOU for organising our trip to New Zealand. In spite of the weather (not great) we had a wonderful time.

Natalia Olymec & Henrik Mikkelsen, Singapore, 20 January 2005:

Thanks for organizing a wonderful trip for us. We had amazing adventures and have come home refreshed. Our favorite places were Wanaka, Nelson, Blenheim and Kaikoura and especially loved the accommodation in those places. We will happily recommend your services to our friends.

Vic Blatnik, USA, 17 January 2005:

Happy New Year to all at GINZ. Thank you for organizing the accommodations during our stay trough NZ South Island. Your choices have been excellent, we are very satisfied with them. We will do it again

Bernard Barnes, UK, 17 January 2005:

Dear Jane, Just a quick mail to let you know that everything went perfectly for our holiday (re everything you could influence) - but of course the weather could have been better! Many thanks for your excellent organisation and service, which meant we did not have a single problem with any of the reservations, activities etc. And the last minute Taupo fishing trip you found was everything we could have hoped for - we recommend him highly.

Randal Henly, Ireland, 11 January 2005:

Thank you very much for all the details and vouchers. I always appreciate efficiency and you are second to none so far.

Gary Shulman, USA, 3 January 2005:

Kia ora Michael, We just returned from a wonderful stay in your country and wanted to thank you for your help. Your expertise and professionalism in arranging our motorhome reservation and ferry trip is appreciated. It was a pleasure working with you and I hope we have a chance to do so again soon. We are very satisfied with your services and would be gladly recommend you to others. Best wishes for a happy 2005!

Scott Lundberg, USA, 7 December 2004:

Old Schoolhouse Cottage, Tasman. Beautiful, relaxing and something out of a dream! Vinnie the Goldon Retreiver. Killyrudden, Tairua - Wonderful location. Hosts Margaret and Keith went out of there way to make you feel welcome. Great appetizers and wine in the evening. Full breakfast. Margaret even gave us a spade and towels for Hotwaterbeach. Gave us great suggestions on routes to travel around Coromandel as well as routes to Rotorua.

Barbara Holland and Mike Palmer, USA, 20 December 2004:

We are back and had a wonderful time. Thank you for organizing a terrific holiday for us. We also appreciated you organizing the weather - it only rained before we got to our next stop or just after we left. As we were only in Christchurch Sunday night, we were sorry we missed you, but we did go by your office. We want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Scott Lundberg, USA, 7 December 2004:

Michael Gange, USA, 11 November 2004:

Thank you very much for organising these bookings. I've been very impressed with the friendliness and speed of service, and wouldn't hesitate to use you again.

Stuart and Judy Landau, USA, 2 November 2004:

Kia ora Michael ... Loved the trip you put together. Especially for the hosts at Wanaka, Stewart Island, and Brenton Lodge. Your choice of the Old Schoolhouse in the winery was brilliant giving us excellant surroundings to relax in before we ventured forth again to the North Island. We will certainly use your name whenever the subject of travel comes up involving Down Under. Again thanks for the time you put into meeting ours wishes.

Sam de Kooker, United Kingdom, 22 October 2004:

Have to say you have been a great help. By far the most helpful out of all the other companies we have tried to go through. I have recommended you to other friends that are travelling, so hopefully you will get some more bookings soon.

Lisa Masters, Australia, 3 September 2004:

The Old Schoolhouse at Tasman was fantastic - so well done. Loved the B&B at Wanaka too - Lyn and Murray were lovely and the breakfasts were excellent - so was the Manor at Christchurch actually - Anne was so nice and really helpful about which routes we should take. The place at Punakaiki was great too! And the Old Convent at Kaikoura - lovely!

Ann Dey, USA, 2 August 2004:

Just to let you know that the package arrived today in plenty of time for the trip. I just wanted to tell you I was blown away by all of the extras Ginz provides! I have never seen anything like it. You guys are going to spoil us for all other travel! :) Thanks again for all of your help!

Chong Wai Heng, Singapore, 22 July 2004:

We are back in Singapore !!! We really enjoyed our holiday in New Zealand. We have to thank you for your help on the booking arrangements. They are all spendid. We have to mention Lake Hawea Station and The Croft in Wanaka as our favourites. We hope to go NZ again in the future. Thank you Jane. Thank you GINZ.

Jonathan Katz, USA, 12 July 2004:

Kathleen and Fred leave on Monday for Australia and New Zealand. My wife and I had a very good experience working with GINZ a few years ago. I am fond of GINZ and am eager to tell anyone I know who is going to New Zealand about it.

Belinda Spalletta, New Zealand, 17 June 2004:

Just a big Thank you! to you and About New Zealand Car rentals. We had a great time and our holiday was made even easier with your help. Thank you for great, professional, efficient and friendly service. We will definitely use GINZ in the future.

Joseph Cordina, Malta, 1 June 2004:

Well we have come to New Zealand and gone. Sorry I could not get back to you sooner but I was inundated with work the moment I landed back. First of all thank you very much for a great honeymoon. Everything was just perfect. We especially enjoyed the mixture of B&Bs and hotels that you provide without mentioning the awesome locations we visited.

Lynne Mahar, USA, 30 May 2004:

Dear Michael, I just wanted you to know that all the arrangements you made for Shari and I went perfectly. We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed ourselves very much. Also, that you for including the travel book. It was helpful and great to have with us.

Alan Gratch, Canada, 4 May 2004:

Michael, I do not know what you did or said, but I have received a reply from Budget Car and the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you. My faith in the goodness of man has been restored. Please consider me a satisfied customer of your services.

Jennifer Johnson, UK, 24 April 2004:

My partner and I have just returned from our holiday. We had a fantastic time, and would like to thank you for your help in organising it all for us. You were very helpful throughout, and the hotels you chose for us were all of a great standard. We both appreciate the time and effort you put into arranging it for us, and will be recommending you to friends and family.

John Cohn, USA, 17 April 2004:

We liked the Manor in Christchurch ... wonderful rooms and staff.. We absolutely loved Wanaka Springs.. the hosts and the setting were superb. The Schoolhouse in Tasman was beyond description. It was so Ideal. I can't think of a nicer place to stay. I really can't think of way to improve your service. We were absolutely delighted with your service and the bookings you made. The trip went flawlessly because of you

Wendy Young, New Zealand, 14 April 2004:

Hi to The Team at Ginz Christchurch,. Over Easter weekend six of us traveled from Hawkes Bay to Queenstown and booked a Previa through your company for five days. I am emailing to let you know that we were all impressed with the way our booking was handled, the warm greeting we received on our arrival and departure from Queenstown Airport, the brochures and information we received when picking up the van. Well done GINZ - you all deserve a pat on the back. We will certainly be using your company for any future bookings..

Bradley Fox, USA, 17 March 2004:

Thank you so very much for ALL of your assistance. You helped us feel so much more at ease knowing all of the logistics had been taken care of. The places you recommended and reserved were fabulous. Again, we are so very grateful.

Janet Taylor, UK, 6 March 2004:

You took the worry out of booking all our accommodation and trips etc. Also, the measure of a company is how well it deals with a problem - when we hit problems with our itinerary because of bad weather you sorted it out and rebooked as necessary with no fuss and in less than a couple of hours - that was excellent and much appreciated that we could just say 'help' and you were there for us! I have already recommended you to others who are planning trips in the future.

Peter & Noriko Balint, USA, 25 February 2004:

We just sent in our responses to your feedback questionaire, but we wanted to thank you personally for the suggestions that made our trip more enjoyable. Flying from Rotorua to Nelson instead of driving turned out to be an excellent idea. You convinced us to take the morning Heli-hike at Franz-Josef instead of the previous afternoon, and the weather turned out to be just perfect that day only. It sure helped to have someone local give us advice. A friend of mine is thinking of travelling to New Zealand, so we will tell her about you.

Yvonne Smith, China, 20 February 2004:

I have used GINZ on several occasions and always found it to be a quick and efficient process.

Thilo Vosswinkel, Germany, 7 February 2004:

I had a beautiful time in new zealand, a great land and very very nice people, your organisation was perfect. In the last week I had no luck with the weather and I could only visit the Fox glacier, at the Franz Josef the rain was too heavy. I had never any problems and the accomodations were very good, sometimes perhaps too good for me. Many greatings also to Michael. P.S. That was surely not my last holiday in Kiwiland.

Peter Skinner, USA, 28 January 2004:

Had a great few days touring the south west and the car was excellent. Thanks a lot for your help. Have referred you to a couple of Perth friends who are considering hiring/renting a campervan at some point.

Peter Burton, Singapore, 14 January 2004:

Just got back from our trip to NZ. All the stay were great. The one that however stands out most in our minds is the first few nights with Jan and Rob... Lottie our daughter has her own web site to keep her in contact with the grandparents. I've just uploaded some piccies of our trip to her site itch!

Bob and Barbara Goodyear, United Kingdom, 12 January 2004:

Just a short message to thank you for the advice and bookings you made for us. We are now back home in England after our six week trip which included three weeks in NZ. The Totaras in Pahia was a wonderful place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our three nights there. The Sebel Suites in Auckland which you recommended were magic and in the perfect location for the short time that we had there. We would definitely come to you for advice and bookings if we have another opportunity to travel to your part of the world again.

Deborah Markl, USA, 6 January 2004:

Thanks for all your help in organizing our trip to NZ. We had a GREAT time. Your country is so beautiful. The motels were great because most were in easy walking distance to the city center. We particularly liked the one in Punakaiki. They have their own glow worm grotto behind the motel. Even though we didn't kayak in Milford Sound we were able to get on the Mitre Point boat and see all the waterfalls. They were incredible with all the rain.

Mike Berry, New Zealand, 5 January 2004:

Just wanted to thank you for organising this for us. All went without a hitch!

Shira Sari, Israel, 30 December 2003:

Our tour in n.z was great, part of it was your's excellent arrengment and your guide book. We enjoyed very much the coffe shop and the fish&chips. The lodge in Greymouth is realy unique and the people are very nice.

Diane Adams, USA, 1 December 2003:

Thank you for everything! The trip was wonderful. The weather could have been better but it didn't stop us from making any of our outings and we never sat still for a second - now I need a rest. Millbrook was wonderful and Queenstown breathtaking and a ball. Clearwater was really a treat too and Graham was great...drizzled on us most of the day but he kept encouraging us along. North Island was lovely, the walk really neat and in the end, as Peter pointed out, if we'd stayed at Puka Park we would never have left the hotel. As it was we circled the entire Coromandel a few times! The book is really special and quite a surprise, thank you!

Mary Lou Keefe, USA, 29 October 2003:

We received the gorgeous 2004 calendar in yesterday's mail and want to tell you how much we appreciate it. Before we left NZ we looked for a calendar, but they were all a little too commercial. This one speaks to the beauty of the land, and reminds us what we loved about the visit. Our friends from KeriKeri were here for a visit just two weeks ago. It brought back many happy memories, as do our pictures which we never tire sharing with others or looking over ourselves.

Ed King, USA, 29 September 2003:

Kia Orana Angie! Our trip to New Zealand and the Cook Islands was great! Thanks for your help in getting things arranged -- it's all went GREAT...without a hitch. We managed to stop in Christchurch on our way back from Queenstown. We would have gave you a call, but they wouldn't let us off the plane. Maybe next time... well, that's my notes. Pass on the knowledge or write back if you want some more information. Thanks again for your help in getting this set up. It all went VERY smoothly and just as laid out in the itinerary. THANKS FOR A GREAT TRIP (and put a gold star on you desk for today!).

Diana Dyer, USA, 16 September 2003:

Jane and Michael, We are home from our our NZ trip and already looking forward to coming back. We had a wonderful time and felt that we fit right into the profile of the *ideal NZ tourist* that was described last week in the New Zealand Herald. Thanks for all your help with the arrangements. Everything went very smoothly. Our trip will be memorable, and we look forward to coming back :-) > Kia ora.

Jefferson Lim, PNG, 21 July 2003:

No preoblem at all. Use direct communication with GINZ via e-mail, quick and fast response from Ms. Angie Speizer, and professional, courteous handling of travel arrangement make our trip and vacation a really successful one.

Karen Lukies, New Zealand, 18 July 2003:

Just to let you know that my car rental arranged for Coolangatta Airport on 4th July went ahead without any hitches and good service was received all the way through.

Barry Edwards, UK, 17 April 2003:

Just got back from my holidays in NZ and thought I would write a quick emails to say thanks for your help and good service. We had a lovely time and didn't want to come home. I sure we will be back again some time. Thanks for all your help with sorting out the camper van and let me wish you and all your friends there at Ginz, good luck for the future.

Jade Coffee, Australia, 7 April 2003:

I am just writing to commend you on selecting excellent staff to represent your company. I have been enquiring about NZ Ski packages for over 2 weeks now and Angie has been not only professional and efficient, but courteous to boot! I have made several changes to our booking/enquiry and she has maintained the same high level of customer service throughout. She has been only to willing to assist with our enquiries, and I will most definitely book through her. In addition, I would not hesitate in recommending your service, especially Angie, to friends and family.

Ron and Pat McElhaney, USA, 20 March 2003:

Michael - Kia Ora! We returned to the US on the 26th. I regret we were not able to make contact on the 25th but we had such a short stop over in Christchurch and there was much to see and do before our departure in the afternoon to Auckland. Pat and I were very pleased with the accommodations you recommended/selected. All the B/B's were very well located and very special. We were really taken with the hospitality shared with Bryan and Val. I caught several trout and Bryan was kind enough to smoke them and serve them for breakfast. We also want to thank you for suggesting the Doubtful Sound cruise. It was incredible and the highlight of our visit -- and also the best food!! Many of our friends are asking about our trip and some may decide to visit. I will not hesitate to recommend your services to them. If you want a testimonial for your services Pat and I would be pleased to make that recommendation. Again sincere thanks for all your help in making our trip a very special adventure. You are very blessed to live in such a wonderful country and to share it with visitors.

Charles and Alice Sprandel, USA, 5 March 2003:

I can't thank you enough for the wonderful trip we had to your rare jewel of a country. Everything worked out well, even the little glitches we had here and there. You and Michael deserve all the special awards you receive. We brag about you all over the place and I wouldn't be surprised if some of our friends and acquaintances use your service in the future--they better if they want the best.

John and Lauree Burdett, Canada, 28 February 2003:

Hello Michael... we are back in Canada as of late last night. The arrangements with the car worked perfectly. Picked up a Mitsubishi Magna in Kings Cross (Nissan X-Trail not available) but no worries as we switched the Magna for a Nissan in Surfers Paradise when we arrived. Budget were very accommodating all along the way and even arranged to p/u the car when we had finished with it, from the hotel at Sydney airport. Saved us a lot of stress. Thanks for you help and we will be sure to contact you on our next trip down-under. Probably NZ next time.

Naomi Johnston, Australia, 6 January 2003:

Just wanted to say what a fanatstic trip we had in NZ and a lot of that had to do with you! Thankyou so much for your professional service and friendly emails. We were totally impressed with how smoothly you were able to book and operate both before and during the trip. We will not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family in the future.

Stan Malos, USA, 3 January 2003:

Angie was terrific! Professional, personable, and efficient in suggesting and following through with a wide range of alternatives that met my needs--well done!

Peter & Brenda Aldred, USA, 1 January 2003:

Thank you for your help in setting up our first holiday in Australia and New Zealand. We enjoyed every aspect of it, particularly meeting friendly people, enjoying excellent wine and seafood and, of course, the spectacular scenery. We are very satisfied with all the accommodations and rental cars which GINZ booked for us. We did not experience any problems at all. We appreciated your help when our trip to Milford Sound was cancelled due to the weather. It was a pleasure to meet you personally in Christchurch and thank you for the excellent 'Landscapes of New Zealand' book; a nice memento of our trip. We will not hesitate to contact GINZ when we plan our next trip to your wonderful country.

John Ogren, USA, 24 December 2002:

Michael, Just a quick note of thanks for the help with my travel arrangements. I had a really great trip on the Breaksea Girl. I recommend Lance highly for anyone wanting to learn more about that fabulous ecosystem that is Fiordland. Cheers, and Merry Christmas!

Lee Chow Soon, Singapore, 20 December 2002:

We wish to thank you for the wonderful arrangements you have made on our behalf. It has certainly made our trip very much more relaxing. Your choice of accomodation for us was mostly very good and convenient and not only we had no trouble finding it, we also find them very clean and the location convenient. South Island particularly Queenstown is a beautiful place and we certainly would like to visit them again in the future. Thanks once again to you and your team at Ginz.com.

Dave Townshend, United Kingdom, 3 December 2002:

Excellent! This is the first time I have booked anything over the internet and was very impressed. I was particularly impressed with the personal service aspect - thank you Sabine.

Barbara and Jim Lawler, USA, 25 November 2002:

Our trip was perfect. Both Jim and I loved Australia and plan to return within several years. All accommodations were excellent, car rentals and flights worked out smoothly, and even the weather cooperated. There were no details I would change. Thank you also for helping us plan our trip and executing all the arrangements for us. We will certainly be in touch when we plan our next trip.

Susan Norton, USA, 15 November 2002:

Experiencing such a wonderful place (views, landscapes) while eating delicious local seafood and fish, drinking incredible wines and interacting with nice people. Also, being able to call on GINZ.com at any time and receiving quick, positive results. This was the best thing about using GINZ.com; you are located in the country in which we were traveling and someone was always there to take our call and act quickly.

Toine van der Pol, The Netherlands, 14 November 2002:

We would also like to mention that we are very satisfied the way GINZ organised our trip. Sending this calander but also the travel guide of NZ we found at the start of our trip was a great surprise. Thanks again.

Josh Grava, USA, 13 November 2002:

Thank you so much for all your help, and for the great book you had sent to Millbrook for us; it was a very nice surprise, along with the beauty of Millbrook in general! We had a wonderful stay in Arrowtown, and the Kimi Ora at Able Tasman. We even thought about buying one of the places at Millbrook!

Andy Yu, Hong Kong, 12 November 2002:

It was one of the most enjoyable and memorable experience.

Karen Manyak, Singapore, 22 October 2002:

Everything was just great! We had a fantastic time and hope to repeat it soon. Walking the Fox Glacier and seeing the various seals, sea lions and penguins in Lake Morakai and Dunedin. We had hoped to see the whales, but the weather was against us - so maybe next time. Also the B&B's and hotels we stayed in were all excellent.

Chris Terhune, Memphis, USA, 17 October 2002:

Your staff was very helpful - overall we had a very good experience with GINZ.com.

Rex Yap, Manila/Philippines, 10 October 2002:

The whole trip was enjoyable and memorable. My first experience of snow on the way to Doubtful Sound was an added bonus! Although I had high expectations, most (if not all) of them were met...some were exceeded.

Gloria Chang, New York/USA, 26 September 2002:

It has been a fabulous trip--thank you for making it so great! While it was indeed disappointing not to have seen the fjords and get on the glacier, the trip on the whole has been simply fantastic. We especially loved the Wildnerness Inn and the San Moritz in Queenstown for the spectacular views our rooms provided, and the Sebel Pier 1 in Sydney for its classy room and great location. The Great Barrier Reef and Rain Forest adventures were simply marvelous!! Thanks also for the lovely book on NZ you sent--Ed and I will cherish it as it will remind us of our wonderful time in your super country! Again, you (and your staff) have been so very helpful, and we are most appreciative. You can be certain I will tell all our acquaintances of your assistance should they plan a trip to "Down Under"!

Mary Barker, New Zealand, 21 August 2002:

Dear Michael - just wanted to tell you that the rental car you arranged for us on our recent trip to Qld worked out to be such a pleasant experience - they even gave us an upgrade as they don't carry Toyota Corollas any more . Budget Australia were very efficient and even suggested that we drop the car off at our hotel in Brisbane at the end of our trip and have them collect it - an extra service we greatly appreciated. We'll certainly come back to you when next we travel and meanwhile I will recommend your service to my friends and hope it might bring you more business.

David Elisha, Israel, 19 August 2002:

Just returned last Monday from the month long trip to Northern Ausralia. I would like to thank you again for your efforts on my behalf and to give you a brief feedback of the trip- some info that may be of help to you in your work with other clients... So all in all it was a very enjoyable vacation with essentially no problems or mishaps. Thanks one more time. Should I plan to travel again to your part of the world I will surely consider contacting you and I will be happy to recommend you to any of my friends and acquaintances.

Natasha Zoe, Pennington/USA, 17 August 2002:

Thank you Angie. Your team helped make our last visit to New Zealand some of the best days of our lives! We can't wait to return.

Gerald Brandlmayer, Austria, 10 August 2002:

Last Year I booked a Car at you for a round-trip to New Zealand and everything worked fine so YOU are my first Address to ask YOU again also for my trip this year.

Brian & Margaret Shackel, NZ, 9 August 2002:

am writing to say what a great deal you gave us on a rental car in Australia. The Nissan Xtrail (brand new) from Cairns to Brisbane was excellent and a great price. I am sure we will visit your web site again when we are travelling. Many Thanks.

David Foulis, UK, 15 June 2002:

I wish to thank you such a wonderful choice of locations and for the superb quality of the accommodation you suggested. It was for 4 of us the first visit to New Zealand and we all enjoyed it tremendously. NZ is more like the UK than Oz, so the Brits felt quite at home, although the scenery is far more spectacular than in the UK due to the height of the mountains. We had a rare experience in Milford Sound, we had been told it rains a lot there. We had significant snow on the mountains, not a cloud in the sky, no wind, maximum sun, it was magnificent. I wont bore you with all the superlatives, suffice to say we are in your debt and thank you most sincerely.

Pat Higgins, Ireland, 10 April 2002:

I wish to sincerely thank Angie and Michael for all the help they gave me in arranging my visit to New Zealand. The quality of advice and assistance was terrific and I greatly appreciate it. This is my first experience of New Zealand courtesy and as a consequence, I'm greatly looking forward to my visit in July

Terry and Leslie Dorn, Anacortes/USA, 6 April 2002:

We really enjoyed our trip to New Zealand and want to thank you so much for putting it all together! Everything went fine. We really felt like we saw a great deal of the country in the north island as well as the south. Our favorite part was flying on Salt Air in the Bay-of-Islands up to the Cape. We highly recommend this - you should consider booking this tour for future clients! I have filled out the questionnaire form sent to us by E-Mail with our comments. Again, thanks for everything. We will highly recommend you and GINZ.com.

Thomas Speckbrock, Dortmund/Germany, 26 March 2002:

We appreciate to stay in contact because we have spent the most wonderfull holiday forever in NZ throughout your good support. We'd like to say thank you for all the support. Everything happened without any problems. It was really great we had enjoyed it staying in NZ and we'll suppose it wasn't the last time we've been down under. We've shot almost 11 photo-films so we can remember the great stay. (Perhaps I'm going to send you a picture of us, while regarding some Penguins). Thank you and kind regards from Germany (a liitle bit jealous 'cause you live there)

Jeanne Bowles, Los Alamos/USA, 15 March 2002:

Many many thanks, and we will recommend you to anyone we hear of with NZ (or Australia or South Pacific) as their destination. And hopefully we'll be back another time ourselves! You were TERRIFIC!!!

Lars Saxegaard, Bellevue/USA, 5 March 2002:

My wife and I just returned after 26 great days in New Zealand. The Cruise New Zealand campervan worked fine, the ferries ran when we needed them and we got to see more of New Zealand than we had planned. I have never met people more friendly and helpful than those we met in New Zealand. Thank you for your excellent service! I will certainly recommend you to anyone planning to take a trip like we did.

Anita Aurora, Hongkong, 28 February 2002:

We got back to Hongkong safe and sound after a fantastic and very memorable trip. Thanks once again for all your organisation and help. Yes we did survive the long drive up the west coast! Do convey our regards to Jack and Rosalina. We enjoyed being with both of them. Michael, we thought Nelson is very very beautiful. I wish New Zealand would market it more; but in a way it would lose it's charm then and and get infested with tourists! We just loved the place.

Jose L. Huertas, Sevilla/Spain, 5 February 2002:

I was too busy during my visit to ChCh and, unfortunately, can not visit you at your headquarters. In any case, I should like to express my gratitude for your help. It was great to visit the island; everything was perfect in terms of your organizing and I enjoyed my trip very much. In case you visit Spain, please give me a ring.

Brenda Wilkinson, Lusaka/Zambia, 30 January 2002:

Hi Angie, I thought I would just drop you a line to tell you how impressed we were with our Campervan from United. From pick up to delivery we had so much pleasure!! The van was still new and the layout was just grea t- plenty of space for all our belongings and the cases and golf clubs were packed well away. The facilities both in the van and at the campsites were perfect and we stayed mostly at Top Ten Camps. We have had a great holiday with many happy memories and the campervan was JUST what we needed! Highly recommended!!

Julie Jenkins, UK, 25 January 2002:

Just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time in New Zealand and arrived back home on Saturday 19th Jan. All the arrangements you made for us worked out perfectly and we'll certainly be logging on to GINZ for any future South Pacific holidays.

Chuck and Elaine Johnston, USA, 16 January 2002:

We just returned to USA on Jan. 10 after a great trip down under. We spent a couple of weeks in Australia and a little over a month in NZ. The campervan Michael arranged for us was the perfect vehicle for travel in NZ. We spent about half of the nights on our own in some beautiful spots and the balance in camps--mostly the Top 10 camps. We traveled from Auckland to Picton, across on the Interislander which Michael arranged down to Dunedin with a lot of stops on the way, over to Te Anau and an overnight on Milford Sound, back thru Queenstown, up to Waneka, over Haast Pass, up the west coast to Motueka into Abel Tasman, over to Nelson and back across to Wellington, up thru Napier thru Wairoa and Gisborne then north around the peninsula to TeAraora, down thru Whakatane, along the Bay of Plenty to Hahei, then back thru Thames to Auckland. We took our time and with the van stopped where we wanted. Even with the Holidays we had no trouble finding a space to stop and enjoy the beaches, towns, events, etc. along the way. This was truly a sensational vacation. Your interest in and help with our trip was great. Thanks again and Best of Luck for 2002.

Cilla and Peter Skinner, USA, 11 January 2002:

You are most welcome. We have referred a few now who have booked with you and I am sure it is because you are a good company and have a good Web site. Peter and I have lead many photographic trips to Africa, Australia, Mexico and one large group to NZ (a few years ago now) and we understand the importance of having a good ground operator. It is hard to find people who pay attention to details and follow through on bookings. We have found your company to be excellent in this regard so that is why we recommend you.

Gail Richardson, Manilla/Philippines, 7 January 2002:

We just returned last night from our trip to New Zealand. I wanted to thank you for your help in arranging what turned out to be a wonderful adventure. We really fell in love with New Zealand, and are in fat planning another trip for next year. The hotels and arrangements you made for us were perfect and we appreciated your help. I will be in touch about our next adventure soon! Thank you again and best wishes for the new year.

Gerald and Isabelle Bonneau, Anthy sur Leman/France, 2 January 2002:

Bonjour Barbara, I would like to thank you very much for the great job you did for our vacations in N. Z. Everything run perfectly, you suggested and booked exactly what we were looking for. And what a beautiful country and very nice people. Would you be so kind to thank Michael for the very appreciated gift we received at Te Maiki, as we say in France it was the sherry on top of the cake.

Cilla and Peter Skinner, Anacortes/USA, 1 January 2002:

Hi Sabine and Angie, Had a wonderful trip in Australia. Car was waiting for us in Brisbane and exactly what we wanted. No problem at all. Thanks for your help. I have referred your company to Bob and Deanna, Wendy and Mac and Ron and Anne. They are all coming to NZ in a couple of months and I told them you guys were great, so I hope they book something through you.
