Studio Apartment:
Your studio apartment is quite a haven. Complete with a queen size bed, scrumptious linen, leather couch and chair, antique chest of drawers, Bose CD / radio and a small but well equipped kitchen with filter coffee machine, white dinnerware and of course some 'proper' wine glasses!

With one of the country's best surf beaches across the road, big beach towels are ready for you to sling over your shoulder for a surf, or play in the waves, along with white cotton bathrobes for relaxing in after a shower at the end of a sun filled day. A night cap to enjoy as you relax of an evening, is offered by your hosts.

Additional kingsize room:
Gisborne is of course the first city in the world to see the sun and the orange building in the center of the complex pays homage to the sunrise. This room with Kingsize bed (or two singles) and ensuite can be booked in conjunction with the apartment. This room is also fitted with antique chest of drawers, scrummy linen and beach towels. Breakfast provisions for you have been included in the apartment kitchen which will be at the disposal of your group.

Your hosts, Robbie Greenslade and Michael Parkin, are focused on ensuring your stay at one Orange is all you had hoped. They actively look for ways to help you have just the holiday you are after and are happy to provide information on what to do and see in the region as well as making bookings with local operators / restaurants / tours on your behalf should you wish.

Good food and wine are a focus at one Orange. Robbie is an excellent cook and offers food and wine match dinners on request. A woman of many talents, Robbie is also one of only two women in NZ who is a Registered Member of the New Zealand Professional Fishing Guides Association. If you are interested in using her services as a trout fishing guide then she would be delighted to put a package together for you.

As well as the accommodation and facilities listed above, a few 'little extras' are provided for your convenience. These include; breakfast provisions (cereals, bread milk, spreads), real coffee, tea, a range of herbs and spices, a small mini-bar, iron and board, hairdryer, heater, electric blankets and small colour TV. Tariff including breakfast provisions.
