Built in the late 1800's, native timbers feature extensively including rimu, kauri and matai.Over the years alterations and improvements have been made but in keeping with the original colonial style of the house. The old fireplaces, panelling and doors have been combined with modern luxuries and tasteful furnishings. Rooms all have top quality beds with cotton linen.
The guest living room is light, sunny and very comfortable. Share a cup of tea or coffee here with homemade biscuits, relax on the deck, in the garden or guest living room with its open fire and enjoy a glass of local wine and some music.
