Sabine Kane

Originally from Northern Germany, I travelled through Europe a lot with my family and then took a couple of years off after finishing University to backpack through USA, Asia, Australia and the Pacific before falling head over heels for New Zealand ... and a New Zealander who I have since married! We now have 2 daughters. I love the outdoors and have hiked alot of the tracks here in the last few years. Sailing, swimming, fishing, diving and exploring new travel destinations are still my favourite hobbies and I also enjoy gardening and cycling.

Jane Withers

Jane has 8 years experience in the airline and retail travel industry in New Zealand and also in the U.K. and Europe. Now very settled back in Christchurch, she has been travelling alot over the last few years in Australia, the South Pacific, Asia, U.K., Europe and America. Outside of work, Jane is into anything that involves abit of adrenalin especially skiing and jet skiing, ethnic food and lots of socialising.

Sharyn Wilding

After a couple of years travelling around the world, the South Island is definitely the place I want to be! I spent some time guiding and cooking for tours around New Zealand during my student holidays and have since been involved in marketing New Zealand products for export, including Sheepskins, Venison and Cookies! I love to get out with my young family and enjoy the lakes, rivers, beaches and mountains, skiing, boating and fishing. I am currently 'getting creative' with a 10 acre garden and lifestyle block near Christchurch.

I established GINZ.com in 1995 after running my own tour business, New Zealand Nature Tours for 9 years. GINZ is a combination of my passions - travel and the IT industry. GINZ.com provides quality accommodation, transport, tours and customised travel itineraries. These specifically include beautiful areas throughout New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands not usually advertised in mainstream travel brochures. Our staff are chosen for their friendliness, efficiency and knowledge of the South Pacific. We endeavour to visit various destinations, before making recommendations to our clients. With the invaluable assistance of our web designers, the GINZ.com website is constantly evolving with the implementation of new initiatives for the business. I enjoy getting away for weekends, good food and wine and as much golf as I can get!

Since completing an Msc in Physics, Andrew has worked in the IT industry in a variety of roles since 1989. His main focus has been on software design and development in a wide range of environments, but most recently in database-driven Internet and intranet-based applications.
